Mission and Goal of the Constitution Party of New Jersey:

The mission of the Constitution Party is to secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity through the election, at all levels of government, of Constitution Party candidates who will uphold the principles of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States. It is our goal to limit the federal government to its delegated, enumerated, Constitutional functions and to restore American jurisprudence to its original Biblical common-law foundations.

Immigration: Legal and Illegal thru the eyes of our U.S. Constitution

Peter Boyce, Constitution Party Candidate for NJ-2 House of Representatives, is bringing his campaign to Cape May County with a series of educational power point presentations.

Boyce says, “America is facing a crisis on every front and these fronts are converging. People angrily blame their elected representatives of both parties on all levels. But we are the people who elect them. If the people do not have a clear understand...
ing of both the facts behind the crisis and the guiding principles of our founding documents, they cannot possibly elect statesmen who will defend their constitutional rights.”

Boyce’s presentation, “Immigration: Legal and Illegal as seen through the eyes of the U.S. Constitution”, will be one of several topics presented by the Tea Party Patriots of South Jersey on Wednesday, 7:00 P.M.- 9:00 P.M., at the Cape May Court House, 9 North Main Street, CMCH, NJ. Discover what the Constitution says about immigration and protecting the States from invasion.

Boyce continues, “It is not about Party politics – it is about preserving our rights and rescuing our economy. It is about government obeying the Constitution which limits it to the sole purpose of protecting our God-given rights. Time is short. Get informed and then involved.”

George Soros Oil Connections  by Joseph A. Lypowy Posted 6/16/10

I find it disgusting that the U.S. is going to lend billions of dollars to Brazil's state-owned oil company, Petrobras, to finance exploration of the huge offshore discovery in Brazil's Tupi oil field near Rio de Janeiro. This corporate foreign aid seems very odd, since the U.S. Treasury seems desperate for cash and Petrobras is one of the largest corporations in the Americas. Oil companies are planning on moving their rigs from the Gulf of Mexico to South America off the coast of Brazil where the government is more friendly to energy corporations. >>>READ MORE

Arizona Has The Right Idea ! by Joseph A. Lypowy Posted 5/25/10

I am so glad that the majority of people in the State of Arizona and its leaders have shown great leadership in enforcing the immigration laws that the Federal government refuses to enforce. Every state in the United States should adopt similar laws and support Arizona.>>>READ MORE

An outspoken advocate of consolidation is 101.5 Radio talk show host Jim Gearhart who also pokes fun at those who believe in “home rule”. >>>READ MORE

A Wasted Vote in New Jersey by Jason Edwards - Whenever I felt compelled to vote for a third part candidate, most of the people in my life warned me about how I was wasting my vote. I appreciated their concern, but I refuse to vote for anyone that I do not believe in. How does it look to Americans, the press, and the two major parties if they see one or two third parties keep growing and growing? Will that show them an unhappy populace? Compare that to if every election they see the same people voting for the same parties? Do you know what you get then? >>>>READ MORE

 BUT HE CAN'T WIN!

For those of us who have supported a candidate who is other than a Republican or Democrat, this is the line that is supposed to dismiss us from any further conversation about voting for our candidate. We hear it so often that I would like to have kept a record, so that I could tally all the wasted votes out there, made by people who were afraid to waste their vote. You see, the only wasted vote, is the one cast for someone you actually do not want to be in office, but who is slightly better than the one you would not vote for.
I live in New Jersey.  A friend recently shed some additional light on the wasted vote.  He reminded me that New Jersey (collectively) has voted for a Democrat president every election for the last 24 years. That means, the only electors seated were Democrats. That means, every vote for a Republican for the last 24 years has been  tossed in the trash immediately after election day! TALK ABOUT A WASTED VOTE! And just think how many of those votes were given reluctantly, because the  real "good guy" couldn't win.

ANDREW JACKSON'S VALEDICTORY

"...there have always been those who wish to enlarge the powers of the General Government. It has no power to raise a revenue or impose taxes except for the purposes enumerated in the Constitution....Every attempt to exercise power beyond these limits should be promptly and firmly opposed."
